Agree on the objective, publishing account, approval process and success metric before production. Research can inform a testable hypothesis; it cannot guarantee a campaign result.
What the research does and does not establish
On 15 September 2026, Emplifi published an analysis of client data from the first half of the year. Creator- or partner-initiated collaborations accepted by brands were associated with stronger organic performance than regular brand posts, with Reels standing out. Its amplification analysis covered 520,198 posts and collaborations across 3,791 accounts; sample sizes differed by metric. Research and methodology.
This is observational data, not a randomized experiment establishing that publisher identity alone caused the difference. It also does not establish representation of Arabic or Turkish audiences. Use it to frame a local test rather than promise a growth percentage.
Start with the job of the content
Our suggested first question is whether the content must explain a tightly specified offer or show a product through someone their audience trusts. Both may matter, but their priority changes the brief.
For a training campaign, an academy account could explain dates and curriculum while a creator describes a problem the training addresses. One post need not do every job. Separate information that must stay consistent, such as pricing and the destination link, from elements that benefit from the creator's style.
A pre-contract decision framework
| Priority | Agreement needed |
|---|---|
| Offer clarity | Who owns the reference information and approves revisions? |
| Relevance to the creator community | Which audience problem will the creator explain in their own way? |
| Leads or sales | What is the next action, where is it measured and who follows up? |
| Content reuse | What usage rights, duration and channels have both parties agreed? |
This is CROMBA's independent operating framework. Creator selection starts with audience, language and context fit, followed by the ability to communicate the offer. Follower count alone does not answer those questions.
Run a small learning exercise
Start with a limited set of partnerships that are reasonably comparable in objective and content format. Write down what you expect creator-initiated publishing to improve, then use a consistent observation window. Record paid support and major timing differences so they are not mistaken for a publisher effect.
Compare against an appropriate same-format baseline rather than comparing a Reel with a radically different video or a static image. Treat small samples as directional learning that needs repetition, not a definitive causal finding.
For an Arabic-speaking business in Turkey, check audience understanding, landing-page language and sales-team follow-up. Attention cannot compensate for a difficult form or a late reply.
Report beyond likes
We recommend separating content engagement, visits to the brand profile or destination page, and the final business action. Use UTM-tagged links where clickable links are supported, or a dedicated code, while documenting attribution limits. Links and codes can be shared beyond the creator's audience.
Include production, partnership and follow-up costs when assessing value. If inquiries rise without improving qualification, revisit the promise and audience definition. Within CROMBA & Creators, a useful brief specifies the intended result and its reviewer before it specifies post volume.
Frequently asked questions
Should the creator always publish first?
No. The study describes a pattern in its sample; your decision depends on the objective, audience and content.
Does stronger engagement establish sales success?
No. Measure the relevant business action, such as qualified inquiries or purchases, alongside engagement.
